West Indies Real Estate is a group of independent brokers, established in 1985, with a solid reputation for being an Independent Agency, not afraid to be honest and diligent in our dealings with Sellers and Buyers alike.

Since the start we have continually striven to offer our clients a Residential Inventory that is far reaching and encompasses all price ranges and styles and for the Investor the most comprehensive investment opportunities.

Our Commercial Section, handled by Jose Loinaz and Paul Hogg, offers many years experience in sourcing and qualifying large development land, commercial opportunities and pre-construction deals.

We pride ourselves in not following the larger franchises and employing large numbers of Sales Associates, however those we do hire are well trained, ethical and professional.
