Big Star Name coming to the Dominican Republic

Liza Minnelli is booked for a performance at the National Theater on 22 November. She has been invited by the Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (Funglode) and their annual Global Film Festival, as reported in Diario Libre. Her concert at the National Theater will be produced by Pedro Flores. Her version of "New York, New York" is an inspiration for many local singers.
